Julie’s 2nd Act – “I’m going to feel the fear and do it anyway”

This week I chat with Julie, who took on an amazing challenge of trying 50 new experiences when she hit the big 5-0. But guess what? She didn't stop there! Julie got such a buzz from completing those challenges that she ended up surpassing her goal and has now tackled over 200! She's been sharing all her adventures on social media, which not only kept her accountable but also helped her kick self-doubt and fear of judgment to the curb. From small tasks to conquering the daunting Balmoral Burn which she went on to win in her age bracket, Julie's journey epitomises resilience and personal growth.

Throughout her journey, Julie's confidence has shot through the roof, and she's gained a whole new perspective on what really matters to her. In our chat, she talks about how stepping out of her comfort zone brought her so much joy and how important it is to stay mindful, have faith, and trust your gut. Julie's message to all of us? Embrace the uncertainty, break through those barriers, and celebrate every little win because, trust her, the feeling of accomplishment is totally addictive!

Jacinta’s Story - “I feel like I’m this source of power. I’m as big as Mount Everest”

Jacinta's impactful work has earned her recognition, including the prestigious Mental Health Coalition ACT Award. Her inspiring and selfless efforts have left an incredible mark on the community. Jacinta's mission is to inspire, empower, raise awareness, and make a positive change.
